End-to-End Encryption
All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2+ through Cloudflare's global network. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt — plaintext credentials are never stored or transmitted.

Our production server runs continuous CIS Ubuntu benchmark hardening, kernel-level audit logging, AppArmor mandatory access controls, and a strict allowlist firewall — all verified by real-time security monitoring.
24 / 7 Security Monitoring
Wazuh SIEM monitors every server event in real time — login attempts, file changes, privilege escalations, and network anomalies — with automatic alerting on critical events.
Strict Tenant Isolation
Each school's data is fully isolated at the database level. A teacher or admin from one school can never access another school's students, alerts, or records — enforced at the API layer, not just the UI.
Minimal Student Data
We collect only what's operationally necessary: name, grade level, and room — entered by your administrator, not by students. No behavioral profiling, no tracking outside our platform, no data monetization.
Automatic Data Expiry
Personal data is deleted within 30 days of account termination. Emergency incident records are retained up to 1 year for compliance auditing, then permanently deleted. Nothing is kept longer than necessary.
No Data Selling — Ever
Your data is never sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or provided to analytics brokers. Push notification tokens are sent only to Apple and Google for delivery — no other third-party data sharing occurs.
